@ryanmauckmd One trend I have been noticing is that more historical HoLEP institutions are purchasing Aqua machines and traditional HoLEP surgeons are modifying their techniques for more ejaculatory sparing procedures. Pretty telling IMO.

Very appreciative of the support from @DornierMedTech making this video. I’ve had an excellent experience using Thulio for prostate enucleation and treating kidney stones. A nice balance between holmium and TFL makes Thulio dynamic.

Sometimes less is more. Whether with a laser or loop, enucleation/resection of the middle lobe can be a slam dunk for the appropriate patient. Very grateful for my HoLEP experience with @urodanimal at @Yale_Urology
