Just Amex things, left job on 1st May , full salary paid till 1st May on 25th April in advance. And in 11 days, FNF settled, no uncessary deduction, no chasing and mind it, this wasn't even a small amount. It was big enough to live for multiple months in EU. Has Gratuity, leave encashment. At the same time, I have another friend who quit an Indian company, the last salary has been held and will supposedly be settled in 45 days. Gratuity has been denied on the pretext that it was a contractual job even though it was a full time job but what employer was doing was renewing contract every 3 years , till last day of work employee was kept on toe with some kind of clearance, without which no salary would have been paid. Do whatever you can never limit yourself to such toxic employers, join top American MNC's and you will thank your stars and life.
