Agree with more early use of Metformin with antipsychotics and metabolic syndrome. I do feel psychiatrists handle this well, what I have found that needs improvement are APRNs being educated and trained to use. I have found there is a fine line when delegating and their scope of practice with this important intervention. @PsychFoundation

A camouflaged Model Y driving around GIga Texas today while my drone was in the air. I’ve seen this (or a similar one) before, but after I’ve landed and too far away for images. These images are good resolution but I was a little too far away when I saw this, so these are the best images I got today.
