For compulsory acquisition, the Land Acquisition Act provides a specific mechanism and calculation formula. The GoK is not using that. So they come with a scheme\contract instead, farmers refuse, and you say "Okay, we will make your land into green zone for life". You are essentially reducing the value of that piece of land for the entire lifetime of that individual along with their ability to freely convert their own property for different uses (Commercial, Residential, etc) just because they do not agree to sell it to you at your terms. This is what a builder does when he puts a gun to your head and makes you sell the land to them. The government's gun is just different here. How is it not blackmail, Sir? I actually used quite a palatable word. Its bordering on extortion also.

Yes, it's actually one of the smartest things Google has done. Most people are not coders, they find it easier to take a picture or a video and ask questions, and that is their real life use for AI in general. Leaning into this is what helped them create a whole new market to expand into and wider data to train from. And that has clearly given them the edge when it comes to processing information in multi-modal formats. A full fledged Gemini powered robot capable of living life as a human replica is not far away.
