@bindon @staticyrro @ofgem @BBCWatchdog I went through the ombudsman, they ruled in favour of BES Utilities 😡 I’ve sent them the link to his conviction as it backs up everything I said to them that they didn’t believe.

Are BES utilities customer service paid by the word?
