I have no idea who is hosting this platform - appears to be hosted at SoftLayer (possibly in Ashburn, VA) and registered with @Key_Systems in Germany.. Whoever it is has registered a lot of alias domains against the site. Twitter mentions of this domain since 2010. Mystery!
