This morning we heard that our friend Dame Esther Rantzen, who sadly has Stage 4 lung cancer, is considering the option of ending her own life, when the time comes, at Dignitas, in Switzerland. Her daughter explains how difficult it was to see her father suffer in his last days and how she wants her mother to have a ‘good death’ She said: ‘we have midwives to help us at the beginning of life, but we don’t have a midwife for the end of life’. 🧡

@virginmedia I can't live chat, I can't phone without being charged because I never received a cable and I can't raise a complaint!!!! I signed a new contract weeks ago, but have now been charged an over inflated amount for being out of contract!!??

@virginmedia I waited 1 hour before I thought f this... I don't feel very assured as I now have to go through the process again tomorrow. Maybe a recruitment drive is required to keep up with demand? Or a call back service like a lot of other companies now do...
