@GirlsChase I spent 6 months travelling around Europe staying in hostels. It was a real life video game with infinite lives. Same situations, same conversations. I was travelling solo and the game reset every couple of days. I had many breakthroughs.

A 27-year-old German client staying at a hostel in Rome:
“In a hostel, it’s just way easier, because the approaching is basically free.
“There’s almost no way you get rejected. You just sit down and start talking.
“There were two girls at the table and one free seat. I just sat myself down there and started talking with them. I did basically all the work in the beginning. In the beginning, it felt a bit hard, because they were like ‘Who’s this guy?’”
But he just kept talking, they settled into things, and eventually the one girl left him alone with the other.
He took his girl out to explore the nightlife, and after a few drinks he proposed they head back to his room in the hostel and she agreed.

Doesn’t have to be some big deal.
Also: staying at hostels is a teensy bit of a cheat code.

I laugh at feminists who actually think the handmaids tale is some living dystopia.
It is the complete opposite.
Let's imagine an alternate dystopia: women are fed hormone altering pills from teenage years to make them infertile through their prime fertility years, whilst they work to deliver profits for mostly male elite bosses. And if they accidentally get pregnant, the baby is killed so they can continue to generate profit.
It's a good plot. It is just real life. Not a work of fiction

I don’t think a lot of men really want to know why women’s desire fades. Every time women try to explain it, a lot of men get defensive instead of listening.
But the truth is, if a woman consistently does not want sex with her husband, there is a very good chance she is not actually enjoying the sex they are having. Obviously, medical issues are a different conversation, but a lot of the time desire disappears because the sex was never that good for her, or because he became complacent and stopped making sure she was enjoying it too.
Then, instead of addressing that honestly, he starts begging, pleading, sulking, or acting wounded over sex that is objectively terrible for her. And nothing makes a man less desirable faster than turning sex into another chore she has to manage emotionally.
A lot of men let themselves go too. People love to talk about women letting themselves go after kids, and I agree that it happens, but I see just as many men doing it. Desire is not owed because you have a marriage certificate. It has to be maintained by remaining desirable and making sure the other person actually enjoys having sex with you.
That said, most people don’t enter marriage assuming it will become sexless. So if you have completely opted out of the sexual relationship and see no repair, you have to be honest with yourself.
You cannot expect a man or a woman to remain sexually faithful forever when you have decided the sexual part of the relationship is over. If you love them, care enough to figure out where the desire went if you actually value the relationship.
And if you don’t love them, and you are just comfortable, then let them go find love. Or be honest enough to allow them to have a sexual relationship outside of you. Don’t let your selfishness and inability to work on things be the cause of their pain.
Remember, no one signs up for marriage with the intention of becoming a monk.
