@MarcSDunham @TheMEPS @finebaum when sorsby is found ineligible in february the ncaa will void the whole season because they played someone the ncaa has deemed ineligible this entire time. then the fanbase will bitch about that. i just don’t see why ttu leadership is willing to destroy their pr over this

@dc4life114 @DebaucheryAg @AggiesRecruitEx he destroyed the morale of the players after the win in game 1 of the series by telling them that their coach, leader, and mentor was abandoning them on the biggest stage

@two3oh2 @secnumbersguy No backlash for: when A&M let Johnny do the same shit. Ole Miss literally paid off a judge. Gators were one step away from committing actual war crimes and hiding it so their players could play (under Meyer). Georgia same thing. LSU is tampering with other schools. SEC Integrity.

My replies are flooded with Texas Tech fans saying “Tech did nothing wrong.” Yes they did. Publicly advocating for reinstatement in this situation is WRONG. Supporting nefarious tactics that threaten the future of college football is WRONG. Paying $6 million in NIL to a player that was caught gambling on his team is WRONG. Pretending he has “served his time” by attending a 30 day rehab when the precedent for betting on your team has ALWAYS been banishment is WRONG. It’s CRAZY that so many people are staking their careers and reputation on this kid. It’s going to be CINEMA when they finish the season outside of the playoff.

@biglew8806 @365Aggie no matter how much u idiots try to act like tech’s hands are tied they are not. they signed the player, they helped the ineligible player in court, they’re CHOOSING to play him, then they want to act innocent and play victim. really has to be the dumbest fanbase in the state

Is the NCAA screwed or can they escalate this matter to a higher court like with Bediako’s eligibility case?

@biglew8806 @365Aggie my bad for having a life outside of x burners 😭😭. idk if techtards can’t read or can’t think critically. ur a fucking dumbass if u think the court can’t force force a coach’s roster management in an eligibility dispute

@biglew8806 @365Aggie texas tech does NOT have to play him the court just granted him temporary eligibility. the court can’t tell ttu how to manage their roster in games. do you understand how a temporary injunction works 🤣 ncaa will win the big case in february and vacate the season

Did you even read the court documents or are you just reiterating talking points you heard. Texas tech legally has to play him by the ruling of the courts, nor shall the ncaa interfere with him playing. Unless they win an appeal. Tech would be on the hook of another lawsuit if they refuse to play him. This isn’t the 90s anymore. The ncaa created this when they had the power yet refused to take action all those years and just let certain school run rampant on whatever they wanted to do. Yet there is no one blaming them for coming into court and having a shitty ass case besides saying the certified doctor who made the diagnosis was lying… but go off.

@biglew8806 @365Aggie they deserve blame because they knew about it but no matter how hard tech tries to pin this on someone else they can’t escape that it’s their problem now. they’re the ones that will be going through and playing their ineligible player

@JAXJaguars_16 @TopTierCSU @CadenMarti83954 they obviously weren’t a top 4 team last year but they will easily go undefeated again this year given their schedule, and will be ranked in the top 4. why should we expect a different result in the cfp? also if the starter is injured, play the backup? they made that decision

@365Aggie You're flabbergasted that the Texas Tech QB won an injunction in front of a Lubbock County judge running for reelection?! Do you think it would be different if it was a hearing before a Brazos County judge addressing the eligibility of the A&M QB?

Not to beat a dead horse, but I am truly flabbergasted that Sorsby was given this injunction… When did we start to live in a society where rules don’t matter? What he did threatened the integrity of the game and he’s going to get away with it… Who’s to say he’ll even stop?
