Did you even read the court documents or are you just reiterating talking points you heard. Texas tech legally has to play him by the ruling of the courts, nor shall the ncaa interfere with him playing. Unless they win an appeal. Tech would be on the hook of another lawsuit if they refuse to play him. This isn’t the 90s anymore. The ncaa created this when they had the power yet refused to take action all those years and just let certain school run rampant on whatever they wanted to do. Yet there is no one blaming them for coming into court and having a shitty ass case besides saying the certified doctor who made the diagnosis was lying… but go off.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I am truly flabbergasted that Sorsby was given this injunction… When did we start to live in a society where rules don’t matter? What he did threatened the integrity of the game and he’s going to get away with it… Who’s to say he’ll even stop?
