Facing harassment from a @KotakBankLtd recovery agent! Calls at odd hours, threats to visit home — all violating RBI guidelines. I’ve paid my EMIs regularly, but this behavior is unacceptable. I’ve been using a credit card from @MyIndusIndBank for over 6 years with no defaults, no complaints. A clean track record. Suddenly, I received a call from their collections team that completely shook me. Here’s what happened. 🧵 The agent aggressively demanded immediate payment. I explained that I’ve already mailed the bank and am waiting for a reply before making any payment. Instead of understanding, he started using abusive language and even dragged my parents into it. This is beyond unacceptable. No customer deserves this kind of mental harassment, especially after years of being a responsible cardholder. I’m shocked at the unprofessionalism. I demand:     1.    A formal written apology from @MyIndusIndBank     2.    Compensation for the mental harassment caused     3.    Immediate action against the employee involved If not resolved, I will escalate this legally under @RBI guidelines. Banking customers have rights. No one should be treated this way. I hope @MyIndusIndBank takes this seriously. 🚨 Harassed by @AxisBank! Despite my written email on May 31 requesting settlement for my credit cards, no response was given. Instead: ✔️ A recovery agent visited my home ✔️ They called my father & verbally harassed my wife ✔️ Lied about payment deadlines ✔️ Violated RBI confidentiality norms by disclosing info to family This is mental harassment and a gross breach of privacy. 🚨SHOCKING Behavior by @YESBANK — Threats, Harassment & Cheating This is a serious warning to anyone banking with @YESBANK. I’m a customer who has faced not just unethical charges, but blatant harassment, intimidation, and threats from their executive and aerial manager. I raised a complaint about unjust EMI conversion charges. Their customer care assured me that the charges would be waived after payment. I paid — but the charges stayed. 👉 This is fraud. What followed is even worse. YES BANK’s executive Pintu Patra and an “Aerial Manager” came to my home while I was away and harassed my aged father, speaking rudely and making verbal threats. They told my family: ❌ “We’ll come again and again” ❌ “We’ll go to his office too” 📹 I have CCTV footage of this disgusting behavior. This is mental harassment and a direct violation of RBI norms. 🔴 This is NOT how a regulated bank should operate. 🔴 YES BANK has violated:     •    @RBI’s Fair Practices Code     •    RBI Circular DBOD.No.Leg.BC.75/09.07.005/2007-08     •    Consumer Protection Act, 2019     •    Sections 503/506 IPC (Criminal Intimidation) I have already written to YES BANK and escalated the matter. 🚨 #FraudAlert @YESBANK @pk63 I hold a credit card from YES Bank. Every month, I’m being charged interest on a principal amount I haven’t even used, plus interest on interest, with no reduction in outstanding balance even after converting tonEMI. This violates RBI guidelines on fair credit practices. Last month, a YES Bank executive named Sapnanil took money from me, promising to waive off excess interest and resolve the issue — never responded again. I have proof of chats and transactions. After all this I am getting threatning message from yes bank executive. If any violation hapen I will not spare. I will immidiately take legal actions. This is a clear case of misrepresentation, financial fraud, and breach of trust. 🚨 Fraud Alert: My Experience with @morang @narendramodi @jagograhakjago @KolkataPolice @ZoomCarIndia @zoomcarvictim 🚨 I booked a self-drive car from ZoomCar and prepaid ₹3896, with a confirmed promise of doorstep delivery. This was clearly mentioned while booking. But shockingly, after payment, ZoomCar denied doorstep delivery and offered no viable alternative. This is blatant misrepresentation and unethical conduct. I trusted the platform, followed every step, and now I’m being cheated of my hard-earned money. I have tried reaching out, but there’s no proper support or resolution. No refund, no accountability. I DEMAND a FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY. Hello @HDFC_Bank @RBI @jagograhakjago @FinMinIndia I cleared my credit card dues on 31st May, yet the same amount is STILL on hold in both of my savings accounts. ❗No intimation ❗No justification ❗No legal basis This is financial harassment, not a technical glitch. As per @RBI guidelines & the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, this is a violation of consumer rights and actionable under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. 🧾 I demand: 1️⃣ Immediate release of my funds 2️⃣ A formal written explanation 3️⃣ Compensation for mental stress, service deficiency, and misuse of account rights If unresolved now, I will: 🔹 Escalate to @RBI Ombudsman 🔹 File a complaint with DFS (Ministry of Finance) 🔹 Notify PMJDY grievance cell 🔹 Take this across legal & consumer platforms 📅 Already mail on 5th june.
