Bill introduced in CA that would extend the length of first CCW licenses to 3 years, and renewals to 6 years. It's currently a two-year renewal cycle. A longer time between renewals would certainly be a welcome change given how expensive permits are here. No idea if this will pass, but both Ramos and Valencia are Dems, so perhaps a good initial sign of its odds. We'll see.
