NEW: The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office arrested a Loudoun County Public Schools substitute teacher. The Sheriff's office says: Hadyn Dollery, 19, of Chantilly, was arrested and charged with Threats of Bodily Injury after LCSO received information through the Safe2Talk app indicating that Dollery made statements threatening violence at John Champe High School on an online platform. Dollery was taken into custody off school grounds and is currently being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.

NEW: Bomb squad detonates a bomb in Long Island after police stumbled on the explosives while investigating a 15-year-old student over a swastika. Nassau County police visited the teen's home after he allegedly drew a swastika at his high school. When police arrived at the home, they allegedly discovered "chemicals" that had been combined to make explosives. After finding the bombs, the bomb squad shut down the street and was forced to destroy the bombs in controlled demolitions. Both the son and his father, 48-year-old Francisco Sanles, were arrested. The father's credit card was used to purchase the chemicals. Sanles is being held on $100,000 bail. Bizarre.

2 Delaware County Police Officers Charged in Corruption Case; Accused of Assisting Drug Dealer DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Two Delaware County police officers are facing criminal charges after authorities say they assisted a known drug dealer by providing confidential law enforcement information in exchange for cocaine. Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Thursday that Vincent Procopio, a detective with the Sharon Hill Police Department, and Dominic Dellabarba, a patrolman with the same department, have both been charged in connection with the case. According to investigators, Procopio is accused of acting as an accomplice in drug-dealing activities and is charged with possession with intent to deliver, bribery, tampering with physical evidence, and related offenses. Authorities allege he provided sensitive law enforcement information to the dealer and received cocaine in return. Dellabarba is charged with obstructing the administration of law and other offenses. Prosecutors say he assisted the dealer after learning they were under investigation, including providing information about active warrants. Officials said Procopio allegedly alerted the dealer to ongoing investigations and whether associates were cooperating with law enforcement. The drug dealer involved has not been publicly identified, as they are cooperating with authorities, but is also facing criminal charges. “The actions of these sworn officers were betrayals of the community and of their fellow officers,” Attorney General Sunday said in a statement. The case was referred to the Office of Attorney General by the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office and will be prosecuted by the Public Corruption Section. Arraignments are pending, and the investigation remains ongoing. All charges are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
