Extremely unhappy with the horrible service being provided by @cromaretail @SamsungIndia for the purchase of their flagship products. A simple frame for their premier frame tv has still not been provided after 5 months of the purchase! Please don't buy from them.

@AmazonHelp Navya - this is honestly horrible customer service that you guys aren't even reading messages or checking DM's. Please read the issue that Lenovo as said that they will NOT be able to help as Amazon needs to help.

@Lenovo_in @amazonIN It's past the return window as it was a gift and a 75-year old is not accountable for checking size details which is the supplier's responsibility to check. Happy to pursue this legally and @jagograhakjago may help but would for you to resolve this amicably. 2/3

@amazonIN @Lenovo_in A person will check the working condition of a gift but he's not responsible for checking details of this sort. You've made an error and this should be corrected even if the 7-day replacement period has lapsed. I'm requesting again for a resolution 2/3
