@easyJet I am aware that you have already made this refund to @loveholidays , It is them that are choosing to ignore me and not forward money refunded by yourselves in good faith, I am wondering if you were aware?

@loveholidays you were refunded by Easy jet on 19th June for my flights that were booked as a package - when will you refund me? I am still waiting and wonder how @easyjet feel about you holding onto money paid to you by them in good faith ?

@easyJet are you aware that even though you refunded flight money to @loveholidays in good faith, they are still withholding money from their package customers? I'm not sure if its fraud against you or me, whatever it is it doesn't feel good! Any advice as they are ignoring me.

@loveholidays I am wondering where is the money @easyJet have refunded you for my flights?? It is getting boring now, to quote you "you can relax and know that you need to do no more, we will transfer you the day EJ pay us" - what a joke!

@loveholidays you have had my flight refund in full from @easyjet for 3 weeks now, yet not refunded me. This is not following @ABTAtravel or @ATOLprotected rules. Please respond in some way as all other lines closed.

Oh dear here we go again @loveholidays I have waited as asked and @easyJet have done as asked, they have refunded the flights to you on 18.6.20. However you have not yet refunded me, despite you reassuring me I would not need to contact me, now when I do you repeatedly cut me off

I'm wondering @MattHancock how many grieving relatives of the 42,000 plus corunavirus fatalities would have felt the benefit of a reassuring hug? Once again one rule for us one rule for you?? #outoftouch

@easyJet My package company @loveholidays will not take responsibility for requesting a refund from you for my flights, they insist that I must action this, can you please support your travel partners to follow the law @ATOL @ABTAtravel

I am getting fed up with requests from @loveholidays to do this, DM that, send us more details etc etc. Yet never responding to those completed requests. You know who I am you took my money, Now please can you do as required by law and refund my money @ATOL @ABTA

@loveholidays @loveholidays, I have done this three times now on three types of media, I just get an auto reply nothing related to my LOV reference, it feels like you are buying time!

So @loveholidays, you send me an email and have noted my request for a cash refund, giving me a refund request code, however you then inform me I can use that code to re book by 31.3.21 as my refund request code is valid for a year???? That's not a refund that's a fob off!

@loveholidays @easyJet My airline @loveholidays holidays have made it very clear that I must contact you. You know this because I have messaged you on manage my bookings page every day for over a week. If I accept a refund from @easyJet they pay you direct not me. Perhaps you can DM me??

@WintonKerry @easyJet The voucher is only the cost of the hotel/transfers. You will need to contact your airline to see what they're offering to their customers.

@loveholidays if you expect me to take a voucher to prop you up in these difficult times, then the voucher needs to be for the FULL amount I paid you. Please stop offering me a partial payment. Get your act together with your travel partners and offer the full amount @easyjet

@easyJet Thank you for your prompt response @easyjet, I have followed your link and as I expected it is firmly in the hands of @loveholidays who are seemingly in hiding and refusing to respond to anything other than a bog standard read receipt.
