AT&T ran fiber through my neighborhood and gave us huge discounts to switch from XFinity. No amount of discounts was worth the pain and suffering we are experiencing. Even worse, cell service is considerably worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If you sign up for @Xfinity don't believe the info you get. I was told my activation would happen immediately so I cancelled Verizon. Now @Xfinity tells me I need a technician which will take 3 days. What a nightmare

@Xfinity gave me a free mobile line for a year, but assigned it to my old address. They corrected it, but now its an "existing account" so I have to pay. I got it disconnected, but they have still gone ahead and charged me. Cookie issues blocking login, so can't contact CS.

Looking for someone from @Xfinity that actually cares about my account. Been a customer for 18.5 years, was offered a 'deal' to get out of a grandfathered account. Ended up losing most of what I had and now paying more money. I'm really close to cutting the cord and canceling.
