@BootsHelp @BootsUK I’ve just been to your store on Palmerston Road, Southsea. Door locked and sign up saying not open from 1-2pm. No mention of this on your website and what made it worse was I was there at 12:55 and the door was already locked. Lots of disappointed people!

@TicketmasterCS I was going to book tickets to Frozen the musical using your offer yesterday but today the seats I was looking at have gone up from £59.50 to £98.75 even though the offer is still on. Tickets were for Sunday 20 Nov, row O central stalls. Why has this happened?
