I will forever be indomitably positive and relentlessly enthusiastic BUT you take L’s every day - don’t think that someone else’s highlight reel is representative of their 24/7 reality Some of our Ls this week: -only sold $75k new biz (does NOT keep the doctor away) -one of my extremely reliable subs showed up to do a job without any help and we had to assign our runner/floater to him (no material deliveries available for our other jobs so I got to drive the truck around this week) -one of my super reliable guys took 4 days off last minute -we made a critical error on beam length on a job, causing $4k in rework -guys are getting lazy on uniform compliance -we are in a legal dispute on a large project and the client fired their attorney who was actually helping us make forward progress Anyways - this is still the best, but make sure not to compare the entirety of your experience to someone else’s highlight reel Ad astra! 🚀
