I’m flabbergasted at the @British_Airways ground staff attitude in JFK. Several planes worth of stranded tired passengers and they couldn’t care less. Can’t even be bothered to offer a hotel or even try to rebook. It’s the lackadaisical approach that will ruin BAs reputation.

@British_Airways currently stuck at JFK airport, was due on BA114 on 20th March JFK > LHR. When can I rebook? No info from BA on email or on the app.

Disappointing managers @British_Airways LHR lounge. They are not in control, some people sneaked in without any pass - I am silver and they wouldn’t let my family together. Looks like it’s more about who you know rather than giving benefits to your most valued customers.

@AmexUK furious at Amex right now. Been lied to by the call centre, was told I was transferred to a senior DTL but after 30 mins talking to them when I asked to confirm their role, they said they were not! Please listen to recordings as major miss-conduct issues happening.
