@AutoPap Totally agree with this. I’ve walked out of showrooms before because of how the sales staff have treated me (Audi) and then bought multiple cars from the same sales person because they understand you

I've experienced the chaos first hand. Go back to proper sales people on commission who are incentivised to sell. People love buying from people. I'd buy one tomorrow if I trusted the process.

@AutoInfatuation Het Meerdal Centre Parcs is just across the border in the Netherlands is great and much better value for money than UK CP. we went with friends in October and had a great time. Being in EA you could take the overnight ferry from Hull to Rotterdam, or Chunnel it

We are looking at getting away at least twice this year ideally. One of those needs to be a Centre Parcs type 3/4 night break for me, my Wife and our two children who will be 5 and 2. The other will be a sunshine all inclusive type easy package holiday. Happy to stay in the UK but it needs to be further afield as in Northumberland into Scotland or much, much further down the country i.e Cornwall etc. Happy to Ferry over to Ireland etc too ⛴️ Thinking possibly Europe also but a bit more planning needs to go into a trip like that obviously 🤔🌳 Any recommendations appreciated… Based in East Anglia for reference.

@adamjkucharski @skytv This isn’t just Sky, I had a similar thing with an elderly neighbour. On querying the bill she had been billed for an internet connection for 8 years that had never been connected!

Very angry with @skytv for upselling a new TV package to a customer they’d been notified had dementia - and doing this *one month* after I cancelled on the customer’s behalf because they weren’t aware they’d signed up in the first place. When challenged, Sky’s customer service response was that the customer technically ‘agreed’ to the upsell. For me, this raises serious concerns about how vulnerable customers are being treated and whether @Ofcom guidelines for this group are actually being followed.
