@costplusdrugs haven't recd my Rx. Customer svc hasn't responded. What are my next steps?

@INDairport I posted that ovr a yr ago & it still pisses me off every time I'm at IND. I don't want to walk half a mile to concourse A or B just to find out I chose the wrong one and have to retrace my steps. Every airport in the world has FIDS close to where you exit security. It's total BS

Is this the UnitedHealthOne logo? This squashed logo is a screenshot from the patient portal. It appears like this on every page. This is the kind of thing that makes me wonder if it's a legit site or a scam. @askUHC

@IIB Would love to see better signage at IND. I mean come on, there's not even a flight board anywhere near security. What kind of airport makes you walk the length of a football field to find the nearest flight and gate listings?
