@amazon another shit Amazon delivery. Handed to resident. LIE. I was in house. No knock, no doorbell rung. No parcel delivered. I’ve been warning Amazon for 6 years about leaving parcels on d/step/pavement of our terraced home-ever since one was stolen. We did NOT get a parcel!

@Derbyshirecc My car has been damaged by yet another huge pothole that hasn't been repaired, but I'm unable to either report the pothole or make a claim for the damage as your website is broken. How do I submit the claim manually to recover my costs please?

@forever_ro68936 @AmazonUK I agree. Lots of people have parcel boxes (although most aren’t as smart as @iParcelBox), but it would be a very good idea if it was added as an option. @AmazonUK can this be sorted? “Parcel Box” would be a much better option than “Behind wheelie bin”!

So did we. It seems we were wrong! Our delivery preferences said... "If it doesn't fit the letterbox, please deliver to secure parcel box, straight down drive to left of house, near the steps and bins.." I suppose that, technically, he did deliver to the box. My mistake was to think that common sense would lead the driver to place the item in the box, rather than on it! I've modified our delivery preferences to hopefully improve things, so we'll see what happens tomorrow with this... "Please deliver parcels into our secure parcel box, straight down drive to left of house, near the steps and bins. Follow the instructions on the box (press button on front of box), and lift lid when green light shows. Place parcel in box and close lid." Interestingly, Amazon don't have 'Parcel box' as an option for a safe place, although they do have 'Post room' and 'Building receptionist / Concierge', neither of which our humble abode has. I've suggested to Amazon that 'Parcel box' may be a good idea.

Thought I'd get a secure parcel box from @iParcelBox so we don't miss any deliveries. What a waste of money - delivery drivers just use it as a shelf! Can't these people read? Instructions are written clearly, in big letters, on the front and top, but some @AmazonUK drivers seem to struggle despite delivery instructions on the account, and on the box! Our regular postman loves it, especially when it's raining, and he doesn't have to wait for us to answer the door. It's an excellent product, but Amazon and others need to find some staff possessing basic common sense!

@UPS_UK delivery driver claims to have delivered a parcel to me this morning. I have taken a day off work to sit at home and wait for this delivery. No attempt has been made. No door bell ring, no knock , No card has been left through my letter box! No delivery. Very poor.
