At this point, Candace fans are fully aware that she is a sneaky & dishonest person. They simply cannot pretend otherwise anymore. They don't have a torso to balance on in claiming she is the HONEST one in all of this. All she does is lie and deceive and extort with carefully selected nuggets of truth mixed in to maintain the illusion of authenticity. And her ravenous fans gobble it up because the public will clearly overlook all sorts of red flags if you feed them what they they crave and always leave them hungry for more.

I would say it’s pretty diabolical to sit on the Aspen video and still harass TPUSA and Erika. To accuse Erika of having motive to murder Charlie when the whole time you knew Charlie appointed her as CEO! Why lie about it? People only lie to cover something up.

In all due respect to Charlie Kirk, who cares whether he wanted Erika to take over TPUSA in his absence? He did not own TPUSA-there are no private equity or ownership interests in non profits. So he could not legally pass control over TPUSA via intestacy. To the contrary, ultimate control over TPUSA is vested in its board of directors. And they must appoint a qualified and reasonably compensated individual to run TPUSA in Charlie’s absence-death. To do so, they should accept applications, conduct interviews, and choose the best candidate in good faith and using reasonable care. TPUSA owes a duty of care not to Charlie, Erika, or the zio cartel. They owe a duty of care to the public, as the taxpayers of this country subsidize its existence through tax exemption. And so the question isn’t what Charlie wanted, it it what serves the best interests of TPUSA, and hence the public/taxpayer. We should all want to see the board meeting minutes where Erika was appointed. What candidates were considered? What were their relative qualifications? What were their compensation requirements? What discussion/debate occurred over which candidate is most qualified and affordable? Was Erika at the top of that list? (My guess is probably not) So did the TPUSA board violate their duty of care in appointing Erika by virtue of “Charlie’s wishes” only? Well do you believe that there were other more qualified and cheaper candidates willing and able to take the job? I would be willing there are/were. So watching TPUSA crash out isn’t a consequence of TPUSA following Charlie’s alleged wishes, it’s most likely by virtue of the board failing to fulfill its duty of care. But I’m all ears as this is just my perspective-opinion, and based upon over six years of non-profit legal work and consulting. Would love to hear your thoughts! And nothing in this is intended to be disrespectful of Charlie’s wishes. In all other respects they should be honored. The decision of who took over TPUSA, under the law, wasn’t his to make unless his desired candidate actually fit the bill (so to speak). My opinion is Erika isn’t the most qualified and appropriate candidate for the position. She wouldn’t have gotten my vote. Candace and Charlie were buddies. They were like this 🤞. But Erika didn’t want Charlie being friends with Candace. Could that be because when someone is isolated, that’s one less obstacle in the way of publicly blowing their necks out?
