@SW_Help is there any news on rolling out contactless PAYG to stations such as Staines? The date slipped from December to Spring 2024 but there haven’t been any announcements yet.

@discoveryplusUK I have a TNT Sports subscription and it's claimed that all Serie A matches will be streamed - but Juventus vs Lazio today is not. that's utterly disappointing, surely there's grounds for false advertising?

@SW_Help stuck at Whitton on the 18.43 train from Clapham Junction to Windsor due to a faulty door. Staff opened the doors but we know nothing about when the service will resume. Can you help?

@virginmedia extremely distressing to have to spend more than half an hour on the phone with your customer service because you're still billing me for a period well after the last day of my contract with you, which I requested to cancel with 2 months' notice and you acknowledged.

@SW_Help I’ve got a ticket loaded on a smart card from Staines to Shoreditch High Street, which includes a part of the journey on the Overground. The overground trains have been cancelled - I’m now paying out of my pocket to reach Clapham Junction. How do I get a refund?
