If Speaker Johnson finally allows Ukraine Aid through Congress, it doesn’t absolve him of his sins. It has taken 6 months. It has cost thousands of lives. It has caused Ukraine to lose territory. What he has done by delaying this bill is nothing short of unforgivable.
