@ClubhouseGrowth @Hartley15NUFC I somewhat doubt they’ll be able to sell this 37k when new model for 30k with 2 years / 16 k miles. Just going off my own experience selling two Tesla’s in the last 6 years. As well as buying one used

Smithy Invests - 31 | £56k ISA + £10.8k SIPP📈
Tesla offering a brand new Model 3 for £200 a month is a crazy deal. Total amount payable is under £7,500 for a brand new car with no maintenance or servicing & big fuel savings. Likely to save anywhere between £100-£200 a month depending on what mileage you do as well 😳

I have FSD in the UK! No, not that FSD, the other FSD. Why do Tesla sell two completely different products which have the same name?

@CARN0N Don’t have FSD. The Tesla app is the killer feature I couldn’t live without. Nobody makes anything even close to it

@vad3rt3sla @RealUncleTesla I’ve done almost 19k on my 2025 over a year and I have no smell. Do you always have HVAC on when you drive or do you turn it off? Mine is always on Auto set to 21C

Dear Tesla, While we all love the HVAC controls and simplicity, we hate changing cabin air filters so often because of the smell. Can we engineer a fix? Seems a moisture issue. Sincerely, All of us

Ask yourselves why the Cybercab has a 219 hp motor when the car "was designed to never have steering wheel and pedals and it won't go above 85 mph". Very carefully think about what that means. And then go in the replies, apologize to me, bow down, and kiss the ring.
Sawyer Merritt@SawyerMerritt

New information about @Tesla's Cybercab has been revealed in public EPA documents. • Front-wheel drive • Battery capacity: ~48 kWh • 219 horsepower • Curb weight: 3,113 lbs • GVWR: 3,730 lbs • Motor power: 163kW • Voltage: 326v Equivalent All Electric Range is listed at 418 miles, with 375 miles of highway range, but the final EPA range rating is usually a decent bit lower. Tesla has previously stated the Cybercab has about 300 miles of range. Filing: dis.epa.gov/otaqpub/displa…

@ProudBrit19 @ctrlaltrefuel Yea apart from ~25% of all sales in the UK. As more EVs flood the used market more people start valuing them higher than used ICE because they’re cheaper to run. I’m seeing this already as so many friends that said “never” have recently bought a used EV

@ctrlaltrefuel It was inevitable, been saying it for years. Despite all the hype by the EV shills, EVs remain a niche product that suit only a minority. You can throw all the subsidies and incentives you like at them but in the end the consumer decides and they have decided and it's a NO.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on this proposed change to the ZEV Mandate? It’s a painful transition for manufacturers, but some of that is their own doing. Will relaxing the mandate encourage manufacturers to slow down their transition to EV’s, or does it provide much needed breathing space? And with Chinese manufacturers hitting the U.K. hard with some great products, will this slowdown hinder legacy manufacturers if they take a breather? Lots to think about here, but let me know your thoughts. Graeme

@K12Beano @ctrlaltrefuel @electricfelix Frankly the Chinese cars are getting better than most others anyway so choosing out of those or a Tesla is a good amount of choice. Trouble is Chinese might bring more non EVs with these rules too and that sucks

So, you’re saying that if I want a car, my best bet is likely to be a Chinese manufactured car, because they (these old dinosaurs that spend more time lobbying governments than supporting their engineers to make some acceptible cars) cannot make anything in the newest technology? That seems to my 2d on the matter… 🥺

@tesla_jokes Multiple rumours about delivery being a problem though? People on the verge of collection being delayed months? I’m hoping the deal is around in March next year 🤞

@sendlokation1 @LeeVicarage @EllardKing I didn’t look at statistics. You might be right. But majority isn’t everyone. And can’t say I personally even know anyone that buys or leases a new car that lives paycheck to paycheck.

Everyone is "struggling" but every car park is full of brand new cars. How do so many people have a 25 plate sat on the drive? They're all £30k+ cars. Even with finance they're all £££s a month. Are people actually paying this from their own money or is something else going on?

@sendlokation1 @LeeVicarage @EllardKing Depends on your amount of disposable income. And everyone spends money on things they enjoy 😉 you might have spending on something else that someone might call stupid. Doesn’t mean that it is though

@articles_o As is now being reported the finance companies are cancelling deals. Which means Tesla can't try and rush through delivery before month end as there's no buyer. Even if the registration issue is resolved. And good will? Tesla are openly lying - or blanking people completely.

@EVPuzzle Do you find it financially better to not charge from grid and export because of the new 12p rate? I’m not sure I understand the logic. I still export as much as I can but I lost about £100 a year based on last years export numbers but still worth exporting?

I ❤️ this time of year June's home battery use is looking different Very little charging / discharging Sun 🌞 rises early and sets later so there's only a few hours where the base load needs covering outside 2330-0530 I've stopped charging 🔋from the grid then exporting

@Mike_the_Elder @YTJustGetATesla So your post describes someone that doesn’t enjoy driving. “Because it can do better than me at a new location” sounds to me like you’re worried at new locations whilst I’m excited. Yes I might make mistakes and laugh at myself being an idiot. Why would I give that up to FSD

@Mike_the_Elder @YTJustGetATesla When I say I like driving however… I go into my Tesla, and I drive it to a place with nice scenery and roads. Just to drive there. And then i return home. There’s no destination. Im driving just to enjoy driving. I enjoy driving in new places I’ve never been to before too!

FSD. I’ll subscribe on day 1 and test it to death for content. I have little doubt I will be initially wowed as the car starts to drive itself. But I already know I’ll unsubscribe. Driving isn’t just fun, it’s freedom. And I have zero interest in developing buggy software /1

@WarrenWhyteUK @teslaeurope 159M km driven manually on non highway vs 7M km on FSD. So the adoption rate is tiny. I will hazard a guess mostly due to HW3 not getting access to FSD more than anything else. I wish they had a web site with these stats updated live
