The leg report card with @NevadaPolicyRI gave @SettelmeyerNV an 88% in 2021. 2019 he was awarded as 'Taxpayer Friendly': Calling LCB opinion allowing Democrats to increase tax rates (he opposed in '15) without a supermajority, "a work of legal fiction." Then sued them and won.

And I’ll freely admit that I have a strong bias toward those with actual voting records, since it’s easy for challengers to claim just about anything, but proof/pudding.
