@easyJetholidays awful book a holiday and you change flights and even though a late flight is available it would cost £55 to change and no reassurance they won’t be changed it again
@LEGO_Group think I will have one very upset child on Xmas day as ordered enterprise on the 28th November . Now no one knows where it is , if it’s coming . Very disappointed customer service effort
@easyJet is it possible to link bookings as me and my friends are all travelling at same time but paid in twos but we are all on different flights back even though we booked same times ?
@O2 so, it seems that you're deliberately ignoring people that are having log in issues.
Can't log in on the app, can't log in on the pc.
Verifying does absolutely nothing.

@O2 can’t get in to look at bills !! Keeps asking me to verify email and once I do it , just does the same over and over again. Very annoying . Just want to be able to look at my account
@UPS_UK literally the worst service of any delivery company I have ever experienced. Misinformation, failed callbacks and an inability to just be honest. 8 days later still no nearer to my parcel being delivered
@UPS_UK awful service . Paid for express delivery. This morning it was out for delivery and now just says been held . No date as to when being delivered.
@ChromeMolly@O2 Similar I was told 5 days , told to private messsge for o2 to not even look at messages . Been with o2 for a good 15/20 years but not happy and coverage is poor everywhere now
@O2, what terrible service! upgraded phone, but my sim swap has an error on it, no number for a week, and I was told it could be 10 working days, Shocking service #02
@O2 everyday for last week I have had no signal just dots , can’t even make a phone call . Check status just says can be busy . I’m paying for something I can’t use
@virginmedia awful . My mobile has been swapped to o2 but can’t get any details about what I still owe virgin. Try and ring and just go around in circles
@CurrysServices awful service . Second time of ordering for something to be hard wired in for product to be delivered and they can’t hard wire it . So now have to wait another week for this to be installed. Shocking
