Quick demo of the new foam system + hybrid wave simulation! The foam adds a lot of needed detail and the new wave sim fixes tiling issues at large distances is much better at simulating swells. And not to mention, performance is 30% better! 🚀

Yes. Webgl doesn't have access to the frame buffer directly like this. The possibilities on this are endless. There is no full screen render pass Not even internally. It is like having real time full screen render pass available everywhere embedded into the core rendering system .

Every time a sale is made on @Shopify this Black Friday weekend, it shows up on this 3D globe. It runs at 120fps in the web with a full 3D environment, physics engine, music synth, VR support, and more. It’s hard to believe it's a React app 👀🧵
