I’m sharing a few images from this journey through India, from Mumbai to Delhi, including high-level meetings, movement through the city, and the everyday textures that continually reaffirm why cultural exchange is not symbolic, but strategic.

I was deeply honored to be received last week at the official residence of Hon. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, alongside Prof. Fernando Garibay, founder and chairman of the Garibay Institute.

🤝CM Devendra Fadnavis presided over the MoU signing and exchange between various departments of the Government of Maharashtra and Tata Trusts & Hospitals of Maharashtra, marking the beginning of a strategic, multi-sectoral, three-year partnership to improve the quality of life of marginalised communities, particularly in Vidarbha and Marathwada. The collaboration will focus on: ✅ Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department – Enhancing rural livelihoods by promoting climate-resilient agriculture, improving livestock and fodder systems, and supporting forest-based and non-farm income opportunities. ✅ Soil and Water Conservation Department, GoM – Supporting comprehensive water conservation and management initiatives, including water harvesting, rejuvenation of water bodies, groundwater recharge, strengthening local governance and community participation, and convergence with state and national schemes. ✅ Department of Public Health, GoM – Strengthening maternal and child health, urban health systems, comprehensive primary healthcare, quality improvement, data-driven decision-making, capacity building of frontline health workers, and emergency response systems. ✅ Department of Women and Child Development, GoM – Improving nutrition outcomes by addressing malnutrition and anemia, promoting early childhood development, diet diversity, and nutrition for adolescents and women. ✅ District Magistrate & Collector, Gadchiroli – Implementing a focused district-level intervention to address malnutrition through integrated, context-specific strategies, including promotion of Vitamin C-rich fruits and diet diversity. ✅ Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, Maharashtra – Supporting timely financial assistance for patients facing critical health emergencies and strengthening institutional support for vulnerable individuals. ✅ Individual Grants Program (IGP) – Medical – Providing medical support through partnerships with six accredited hospitals in Maharashtra: • National Cancer Institute, Nagpur • AIIMS, Nagpur • Care Hospitals, Nagpur • CIIMS Hospital, Nagpur • Swami Vivekanand Medical Mission, Nagpur • Midas Multi-Speciality Hospital, Nagpur Minister Jaykumar Gore, Minister Aditi Tatkare, Minister Sanjay Rathod, MoS Meghna Bordikar, Noel Tata, Chairman of Tata Trusts, Siddharth Sharma, CEO of the Tata Trusts, Founders of Naam Foundation Nana Patekar & Makarand Anaspure and other dignitaries were present. 🤝मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या प्रमुख उपस्थितीत महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे विविध विभाग, टाटा ट्रस्ट्स व महाराष्ट्रातील रुग्णालये यांच्यामध्ये सामंजस्य करार (MoU) करण्यात आला. या माध्यमातून विदर्भ व मराठवाड्यामधील दुर्लक्षित घटकांच्या जीवनमान उन्नतीसाठी 3 वर्षांच्या बहुविभागीय आणि धोरणात्मक भागीदारीची औपचारिक सुरुवात झाली. या अंतर्गत पुढील बाबींवर लक्ष केंद्रित करण्यात येणार आहे : ✅ ग्रामविकास व पंचायतराज विभाग – हवामान बदलास सुसंगत शेती, पशुधन व चारा व्यवस्थापन सुधारणा, वनाधारित व बिगर-शेती उत्पन्न संधींना प्रोत्साहन देऊन ग्रामीण आजीविका बळकट करणे. ✅ मृद व जलसंधारण विभाग – जलसंधारण, जलस्रोतांचे पुनरुज्जीवन, भूजल पुनर्भरण, स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांचे सक्षमीकरण, समुदाय सहभाग आणि राज्य व राष्ट्रीय योजनांशी अभिसरण. ✅ सार्वजनिक आरोग्य विभाग – माता व बाल आरोग्य, शहरी आरोग्य व्यवस्था, सर्वसमावेशक प्राथमिक आरोग्य सेवा, गुणवत्तावाढ, डेटा-आधारित निर्णयप्रक्रिया, फ्रंटलाईन आरोग्य कर्मचाऱ्यांची क्षमता बांधणी आणि आपत्कालीन प्रतिसाद प्रणाली मजबूत करणे. ✅ महिला व बाल विकास विभाग – कुपोषण व रक्तक्षय निर्मूलन, बालविकास, आहार विविधता आणि किशोरवयीन मुली व महिलांच्या पोषण स्थितीत सुधारणा. ✅ जिल्हाधिकारी व जिल्हा दंडाधिकारी, गडचिरोली – कुपोषणाविरुद्ध जिल्हा-स्तरीय एकात्मिक व स्थानिक गरजांनुसार उपाययोजना, व्हिटॅमिन C समृद्ध फळांना प्रोत्साहन व आहार विविधता वाढविणे. ✅ मुख्यमंत्री सहाय्यता निधी, महाराष्ट्र – गंभीर आरोग्य आपत्कालीन परिस्थितीत रुग्णांना वेळेवर आर्थिक मदत आणि असुरक्षित घटकांसाठी संस्थात्मक आधार बळकट करणे. ✅ इंडिव्हिज्युअल ग्रँट्स प्रोग्राम (IGP) – वैद्यकीय – राज्यातील सहा मान्यताप्राप्त रुग्णालयांमार्फत गरजू रुग्णांना उपचार व वैद्यकीय सहाय्य : • नॅशनल कॅन्सर इन्स्टिट्यूट, नागपूर • एम्स, नागपूर • केअर हॉस्पिटल्स, नागपूर • सीआयआयएमएस हॉस्पिटल , नागपूर • स्वामी विवेकानंद मेडिकल मिशन, नागपूर • मिडास मल्टी-स्पेशालिटी हॉस्पिटल, नागपूर यावेळी मंत्री जयकुमार गोरे, मंत्री अदिती तटकरे, मंत्री संजय राठोड, राज्यमंत्री मेघना बोर्डीकर, टाटा ट्रस्ट्सचे अध्यक्ष नोएल टाटा, ट्रस्ट्सचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सिद्धार्थ शर्मा, नाम फाउंडेशनचे संस्थापक नाना पाटेकर व मकरंद अनासपुरे आणि इतर मान्यवर उपस्थित होते. @Dev_Fadnavis @Jaykumar_Gore @iAditiTatkare @SanjayDRathods @MeghnaBordikar @Noel_Tata_ @nanagpatekar @AnaspureM @tatatrusts @NaamFoundation #Maharashtra #DevendraFadnavis #Mumbai

BREAKING: Donald Trump completely freaks out on Fox News shortly after they release a poll showing that President Biden is pulling ahead of him with voters. Trump's campaign is falling apart and he refuses to believe it... "Nobody can ever trust Fox News, and I am one of them, with the weak and ineffective RINO, Paul Ryan, on its Board of Directors," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "He’s a total lightweight, a failed and pathetic Speaker of the House, and a very disloyal person. Romney was bad, but Paul Ryan made him look worse," he went on. "As a team, they never had a chance. The poll in question was conducted from June 14 to June 17 and found a 3 point change in the race since May. Trump went from being ahead by 1% to Biden leading by 2% at 50% to 48%. Since Trump was convicted at the end of May, it's likely that this polling shift is a direct result of voters rejecting the idea of electing a convicted felon. While the numbers fall within the margin of error, the poll was clearly enough to infuriate Trump who is pathologically incapable of considering the fact that the might lose this election. He needs to believe that this country loves him when in fact most of us hate him.
