@itsgoodmansaul The #1 issue here is that marriage is a contract when and only when both parties sign and file the papers with the clerks of courts. That's the #1 mistake. Don't sign a marriage contract. It binds both of you to laws outside of your control. Lawyers become the requirement.

If I only get 1% of current REIT business with our Real Estate/BTC hybrid, which they cannot by law duplicate, we build a $46 billion company. If we get 5% we are $215B disruption. That does not include the upside of BTC holdings or the real estate.

Speed of execution in software is increasing exponentially, with equal or greater quality. We're starting to see it really show up now. Like most companies, we have a huge backlog of software to build, so this is quite valuable. Agreements with third parties (sales, regulatory, vendors, etc) and physical world (moving atoms, not bits) will take longer to ramp and will be the limiting factor for some time.

Attach BTC to the business or ‘balance sheet’, raise investment, for what? Explain to me? As far as I understand. I give you $100,000.
