once they are truly a habit I don't need to mentally account for them anymore, they just happen

I have like 20 daily habits that I do and I hate to keep them in my head OR my calendar (they don't belong to neither).
Did anyone build something "strict" to manage things like that? (not just counters and push notifs). Extra points if really did research on adhd/ocd behavior traits.

been cooking a little, I've got a few surprises but shown in video:
- new wind spear weapon that you can also use to traverse terrain
- sky barge where players meet at before descending
