@petlibro do better by your customers. I have 2 water fountains, 4 polar feeders and 2 granary feeders. I'm having issues with all of them. My fur babies went hungry and entire day! Support has been 0 help. Asking everything under but providing a fix/replacement. DO BETTER!

@LIRR the traintime app lingo is very vague. I bought 3 roundtrips thinking I could use 1 now as I'm a solo traveler and use them again when I travel to work the next 2 days. I'm losing $60 since all 3 activated. please help. Chat is not helpful at all.

Hey @PSEGLI would really appreciate if your vendors wouldn't leave their trash behind. Had trucks out here in massapequa trimming trees around power lines. Couple of guys on lunch left garbage behind. It's about respect. Please respect our neighborhood. Keep it clean.TY
