@petlibro do better by your customers. I have 2 water fountains, 4 polar feeders and 2 granary feeders. I'm having issues with all of them. My fur babies went hungry and entire day! Support has been 0 help. Asking everything under but providing a fix/replacement. DO BETTER!

@LIRR You keep boasting about how you're helping people but I'm being scammed scammed out of two extra round trip fares on lirr. I'm a solo traveler. I need you to refund me. @MTA do something about this. Customer service is not helpful.

@LIRR the traintime app lingo is very vague. I bought 3 roundtrips thinking I could use 1 now as I'm a solo traveler and use them again when I travel to work the next 2 days. I'm losing $60 since all 3 activated. please help. Chat is not helpful at all.

@NYCMayorsOffice @nycgov national grid has turned off service to friends house from street level w/o notice and aren't answering. The house has ederly and disabled tenants. They have been w/o gas (no hot water, heat and cooking )since 10/11/24. Who can help? Not a Bill issue!

Hey @PSEGLI would really appreciate if your vendors wouldn't leave their trash behind. Had trucks out here in massapequa trimming trees around power lines. Couple of guys on lunch left garbage behind. It's about respect. Please respect our neighborhood. Keep it clean.TY

@1byoneBros Bought poor quality pigeon rock record player and the platter is warped. The record player also stopped working within 5 min. Customer service says open till 6pm pst but they were closed. Everyone complaining about warped platter. Now I'm stuck can't give gift!BAD!
