Reminder that even so-called "conservative" ultramontanes are just liberals dreaming of the Universal World Republic. The ultramontane church is a fundamentally liberal institution.

Seeing all of these online political and doctrinal battles between members of the ultramontane church, I am now leaning towards the idea that the little remnant of the Church of England will all of its liberals has greater cohesion and unity than the ultramontane church itself.

I agree to a large extent, though it's downhill from the time the Jesuits were wrongfully restored as we can see retrospectively. That Order should have stayed suppressed. Through suppression we would have avoided the disaster that is the modern day ultramontane church.

The ultramontane church on the other hand has three factions that despise each other: Trads with a Stockholm syndrome, Novus Ordo people of the Benedict XVI kind, and the raging modernists. It's visible in all of their online discussions. Little to no unity and kindness.

The conservatives and lukewarm members have long since abandoned the Church of England through change of denomination or apostasy from the Christian faith. There's a great unity around the modernist interpretation of the Bible, Women's Ordination and abandoning the decalogue
