For the crime of littering, you get a ticket; you don't get dragged out of your car. Even if you are a first-rate bitch. Just write the ticket and let the judge deal with her. They tend to know how to deal with people like her. Had the cop done his job correctly, and I was the judge, then I'd likely bate her and see if her behaviour reflects her everyday demeanour, if she is just an out of control bitch (as I suspect she is) she'd quickly find herself in contempt. If she acted rationally in court, I'd ask her if there was some reason for her behaviour. As a judge, I understand that if she were dealing with a loss in the family or some other unknown tough situation, and tossing the ticket was a last straw. There are days in our lives when we are just not going to be nice, and police do not get to use being rude to beat the shit out of us to teach us who's boss.
