Across the country, travelers are facing HOURS long wait times at airports and our @TSA officers are being forced to work without pay.
Democrats must END the shutdown, fund DHS, and pay our TSA agents.

This was clearly the Democrats’ plan all along: to walk out of the briefing the DOJ offered to provide.
Both Attorney General Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Blanche were answering substantive questions, and Attorney General Bondi stated she would follow the law regarding her subpoena.
It’s clear Democrats don’t want answers or justice for survivors; they just want theatrics for their latest partisan stunt.

That’s not true. There are payments in the files from Epstein to some of Trump’s accusers. There is testimony - sworn affidavits - stating Trump abused underage women.

But it does require a valid passport (which 50-55% of Americans don’t have); an “enhanced drivers license” (available only on MI, MN, NY, VT, WA, mainly blue states(!)); or a birth certificate and a photo ID, but the birth certificate must have various features and conditions, which may or may not attach depending on the issuing state, the time and location of the birth.
In other words, for at least 30 to 50 million people, it’s going to require getting a passport in the next 8 months. There are, to my knowledge, no provisions in the Act to facilitate the issuance of 50 million passports in the next 8 months.

Proud of you congressman. The GOP has been flooding the zone with posts blaming the democrats for TSA delays. Even DHS (meant to be a non-partisan agency) is flooding the zone with a mischaracterized message deliberately to inflame the divide. When will politicians in Washington stop deliberately dividing the nation and weaponizing their bases against each other? When will politicians start reporting the facts as they are and in the best interests of the American people? We’ve had enough.

It’s pretty boring to have to keep posting the counter to these claims that the Democrats are trying to defund DHS. The truth is ICE needs reform. Why won’t GOP report on the actual issue to the American people, or is lying to spin a narrative and weaponize the division in this country in the best interests of the American people? DHS is the third-largest department of the federal government — charged with keeping Americans SAFE.
Democrats are trying to DEFUND it.

I think the main issue - oddly omitted from this post - is Bondi refused to testify under oath and her testimony was not recorded or transcribed.
Can we start reporting the facts instead of stoking the vicious divide? That is really the job of a news agency. Stoking the divide and positioning a message is the job of propaganda. Which one is Fox?
