@attorneyjeremy under the section 5 individuals are affiliated with the security they can not sell the security, Xrp has to declare as security first at the moment They’re arguing the weather it’s a security or not.surely SEC can only bring charges to the individuals if xrp declared as security

I listened in on the discovery hearing with Judge Netburn. And, OMG (that is the legal term) you have no idea how well that went and NOT because she seems reluctant to let the SEC dig into Brad/Chris' finances. I'm so excited in a nerdy lawyer way - will have to do a video soon!
