@onemantourist In all realistic models, the probability remains extremely small—on the order of 10⁻⁵ to 10⁻⁹ or lower for 7 billion voters. Your individual vote has negligible chance of changing the global outcome.

@CandidDevOps Exactly. I’m not faulting you for that, i chose Red first as well, then that “everyone” word reminded me that my baby might press Blue, i’d rather try to save my baby by increasing the blue votes, rather than not try at all.

Blue button pressers fundamentally misunderstand the question. Many of them are like this, falsely believing they have control over the outcome of a popular vote.

@CandidDevOps @teameffujoe Yeah, see that’s the difference between us. You’re fine with babies dying, i’m not.

@onemantourist That's a personal risk and value statement, which I won't fault you for. However, if the set is large - your vote is not going to change the outcome.

@onemantourist You have no control. Voting blue does not mean no one dies. Voting red means I don't die. I don't care about retards that press blue. Better off without them.

@CandidDevOps Question says “everyone.” Explain. Also, you don’t even know what is going to be the popular vote.

In case you were looking for evidence that the majority of people on this app are actually fucking retarded… The original question was. If everyone on earth had to choose to push a red or blue button, where everyone who pushed the red button were guaranteed to lived and anyone who pushed the blue button needed at least 50% of humanity to push it for them to live… WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF COMMENTS OF PEOPLE SAYING YOU SHOULD PUSH THE BLUE BUTTON. Yall are fucking retarded.

This isn’t a test of morals it’s a test of reading comprehension.

@teameffujoe Catch is “Everyone” which includes kids/babies. Blue ensures Everyone lives, Red means some of these will not.

@xint_official @theori_io "trivially exploitable" LMAO. Getting access to my systems to execute your puny python IS NOT TRIVIAL. Fear mongering makes you non-credible.

Patch your Linux boxes! Copy.Fail is a trivially exploitable logic bug in Linux, reachable on all major distros released in the last 9 years. A small, portable python script gets root on all platforms. Found by the teams at @theori_io and @xint_official More details below xint.io/blog/copy-fail…

Seriously? You mean you basically don't understand the meaning of "much larger than expected"? Allow me to help you - it means the amount was larger than I expected, thanks to tax law changes. If I'd been aware of how the tax law changes would affect me, I would have reduced my withholding LAST YEAR. As I did this year after filing for last year's taxes.

@caroljsroth A reminder that a larger tax refund is better than a smaller one. Ours was much larger than we expected.

@LundukeJournal " nearly every Linux system… from 2017 onward." So you copy/pasted a story form anther account, gave no credit, and even repeated it's nonsense?? " nearly every Linux system… from 2017 onward." No, only the unpatched ones..

Holy Easy Linux Root Access, Batman! An easy to use exploit to gain full root access on nearly every Linux system… from 2017 onward. All with a single Python script clocking in at a mere 732 bytes. “One logic bug in authencesn, chained through AF_ALG and splice() into a 4-byte page-cache write — silently exploitable for nearly a decade.” copy.fail
