Whether the kid acted like a little punk or not he is absolutely right. If he was trespassed and never went back in then he didn’t trespass. And why in the fuck would a business think it is remotely ok to take someone’s money and then not give the person what they paid for? Sure they have the right to refuse service but they can’t steal their money. If the system went down then they should have just gave him his sandwich and let him go on his way. Very unprofessional of the business and another great example of cops not knowing the fucking laws. Departments apparently are so desperate that they will hire any damn idiot that fills out an application.

Crazy neighbor who has the entire neighborhood against her tries to take pictures of the neighbor's basketball hoop across the street. One of the teachers on the street has a restraining order against her and her foul-mouthed kids are banned from the school bus. Insane.

He was violently resisting the entire time. The ICE agents weren't NICE (smh) to get the job done, nor should they be. If you violently resist, get injured in the process, and end up in the hospital, that's on you.
