He was looking into the room. He had to see the Cole taking out the gun. It was seconds between entering the room and running out with the gun. Yet the guy with the dog, just wandered away. Didn't ask what the guy was doing there in a restricted area. Didn't even react when the guy came out. Could have sent the dog after him. Was he complicit? Did he know?
