What happened to the normal usual way of reminding students to enroll without blocking their access to the university facilities. I can’t Imagine you the administrators of @GuluVarsity are being deliberately denying entrance entrance to the university premises due to unpaid tuition. Am told the university has even issued cards 💳 to only students who have paid tuition to access the University. This new tuition policy not only bars them from attending crucial lectures but also from essential services like: 1.Access to the Library: Critical for research and study materials, especially with exams looming. 2. University Health Unit: Essential medical care, which shouldn't be a luxury tied to tuition payment. The implications are severe: 1.Educational Disparity: Students are pushed into a cycle of disadvantage, potentially missing out on key learning opportunities that could affect their academic performance and future prospects. 2. Health Risks: Denying access to health services places students' well-being at risk, which is a fundamental right, not a privilege. If these students manage to clear their dues later: How will they be compensated? There's no clear mechanism for making up for lost instructional time, missed health care, or library access.
