@HalMSands sent me the inspiration for this last May. Mom and step dad brought it to life better than I could’ve expected. Used some leftover wood from the wall/flooring to tie it all in.

As I’ve gotten older I am falling back to the bro split
Takes me a while to get hips and shoulders firing right, and I only have 45-60 minutes to train.
15 some days 20 of that is just making sure that I CAN push the envelope without re-aggravating my labrum or hip

Choosing violence today Bro splits are better than Push/Pull/Legs or Upper/Lower splits Will die on this hill till the day I die Don’t care what the science says about hitting muscles 2-3x a week I know they’re the most popular and effective and I’m not saying that they aren’t…you will see great results on them and they make sense for the majority of lifters But FOR ME personally, never been a fan of them every time I run them I’ve seen great results physique and strength wise hitting everything once per week Been lifting for coming up on 16 years now…bro split has been my split at least 10 of those years Plus when you think about it and actually truly understand how to program… You are hitting your muscles more than just once a week when you consider the compound movements that hit multiple muscle groups (Back exercises hit biceps, chest exercises hit shoulders/triceps, etc) And pumps are FAR superior on the bro split #PumpsMatterToo

@HalMSands @Honda Heard a lot of good things about honda motors. I grew up buying the Briggs & Stratton and fixing those throughout the years. My last one that I bought was right before they filed for chapter 11 and got bought up by KSP. I haven’t had to touch it yet, thankfully lol
