Is there any talk of allowing kids 5-11 to get boosters before returning to school amid a 7th wave of covid infections? We are 8 months out from second doses in this age group now...@imgrund @SylviaJonesMPP @fordnation

@krushowy “This in close contact with medically fragile students/staff may want to consider masking.” So can we send letters out to all the students notifying them of medically fragile classmates/staff? Because most of the time no one knows this….

If your Board or School Admin isn't maintaining a masks in school policy they aren't providing a safe learning environment. DEMAND safety for our children and our staff. All it takes for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing #BA2variant #UnsafeSchools

@shailenepanylo Is that like, when you care about all people, and want to stand up to help everyone? 🤷🏻♀️

It won’t kill anyone to wear a mask for an extra two weeks.
But it might kill someone if we don’t… @nilikm @VeraEtches @ETFOeducators @OCETFO @OCDSB

👀 👇🏾 Here is why we the Ford government should proceed with caution.
Ontarians deserve stability and safety, not more chaos and we want to continue in-person learning in #onted. #onpoli

NEW: Ontario's latest COVID-19 modelling shows that case numbers have stopped declining in the province and is now "slightly increasing." The Science Table says hospital and ICU occupancy will likely increase for a limited time period given the relaxation of measures. #onpoli

@AF38474863 @ONT_Dad The gym teacher, music teacher, ect, see hundreds of kids every day. Are they supposed to keep updated lists of every kid in every class and check it every 10min?

Kids have to get back to normal! We need to see their smiles! Driving is more risky than covid!
Why would we put 1 in 4 Ontario kids at risk of longstanding cognitive/physical/emotional changes? What will happen to a generation of kids? 💔

Would really like to see more schools boards doing this, especially @DDSBSchools @niki_lundquist

On Monday, #WRDSB trustees sent a letter to Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Kieran Moore and Minister of Education Stephen Lecce to request two more weeks following March Break to pivot to the end of mandatory masking in schools. #OntEd Full letter: wrdsb.social/37CB1zv

Are you in favour of the move to end the use of masks to combat COVID-19? #masks #facemasks #COVID #COVID-19

Ontario families decided how their children would be receiving their education this year with the understanding that masks would be in place all year and that we would have consistently updated & publicly available data on Covid-19 cases in classrooms. Both are gone now #onted

@acoyne Are we really still arguing that “a persons face needs to be visible when they are swearing oaths”? As if we can’t tell who a person is if the lower part of their face is covered? I mean…Everyone I sees has their face covered except their eyes…I know who they are…🤷🏻♀️

@polish_man23 This is exactly what leads to bullying about masks. Your kids are going to go to school and call kids with masks on names. I could tell my kids that people who don’t wear masks are selfish. I’m very careful not to…I tell them they need to respect different choices.

@HeidiWayling @BlueLionBlog @AndreaChittle @fordnation @Sflecce @maritstiles @Kathleen_Wynne If kids are afraid of anything, it’s the fault of the dramatic moronic parents that they have. Who projected their irrational fears on to their kids. That’s your fault. I have to tell my kids daily, the reason we wear masks cause ppl aren’t resilient and we do it for the cowards
