Today, we’re releasing our investment community, SaaS Club, to all Hexa alumni, on @JoinRoundtable (eF#21) 👏 For the past years, @qnickmans , @tiboel and @amaury_74 have invested in top tier B2B SaaS companies thanks to the great deal of opportunities coming their way. Today, they’re sharing these opportunities with Hexa alumni through SaaS Club. This is all thanks to Roundtable, who’s releasing today their public communities. Now, they're taking a step further by launching public communities. While previously you needed an invitation to join a community, now you can request access to public ones. So, of course, we played along and opened ours. A few months ago, we created SaaS Club with my associates @qnickmans and @amaury_74 to allow a few friends to benefit from SaaS deals that we see happening in Europe and the US. I'm investing in an awesome female founded company through @VAUBANDOTIO.I went through a smooth onboarding process which involved uploading lots of personal information: full name, passport, recent proof of address, accredited investor status.. First email I get: "Dear Sirs.."🙈

A US competitor, named @assureco, shut down last week. We don’t know the full reasons for that yet, however, given the context, we thought we’d share more details on how @JoinRoundtable plans for SPV continuity.
