@jimcramer My wife just went there to buy a high end product. No inventory. Clueless staff. She loved the “old” store and declared in store shopping dead. A bit premature. Same thing happened to me at Dick’s. Retail has real execution issues.

Might be hidden within e-file, which is a bit confusing. Perhaps you can confirm?

@QuickBooks 1099 filing last year included e-file and print. Ur site even says "we print and mail copies to contractors" but that option isn't available in checkout.

@bcbs_companies @BCBSTX having a very bad experience with your customer service. Outsourced with poor English speakers and bad connection. Do you not make enough money?

@AskVanillaCards almost a year ago I reported fraudulent charges on my card. Never heard back. Was clear fraud. Very disappointed in your customer service.

@GustoHQ Thank you. Can you guys please hire more customer service reps. 8+ days (it’s more like 30-60 days during tax season) to receive a response is anxiety inducing. Bad enough dealing with the irs
