Let’s see if Jakub was right with his GPT5.5 launch statement about the next iterations (GPT5.6+)

Lentils@Lentils80
From what I've seen, GPT-5.6-sol will be comparable or stronger than Claude Fable 5 in agentic capabilities specifically, while being much cheaper What it will NOT be is smarter or more capable generally than Fable 5, and the jump from GPT-5.5 to 5.6 will not be as big as the jump from Opus to Fable

@Noreply134882 so true man, you forget all the frustrations right then and there

An ad landing page claiming 4.9 stars and 1.1 million ratings is crazy business 😂😂
Oh and instead of a download button they have a “free Apple Pay” button that pulls up Apple Pay for users to start a 3 day free trial for the $4.99 weekly.
That Web2App flow is kinda of genius ngl but the 1.1 million fake ratings is diabolical LOL

@thsottiaux @ClaudeDevs Tibo, reset Codex usage to combat this. I’m at 16% left for the week with 5 days to go.

@OpenAI @thsottiaux @sama How about a usage limit reset to celebrate the general release of GPT-5.6?

@Labeeb_Hameed in terms of use i let it automate tasks in background and of the sort

Computer-use is still underrated.
Everyone is talking about frontier model intelligence, but the harnesses around them are not good enough yet.
Frontier labs have done almost nothing to make computer automation actually reliable.
The next unlock is systems that can operate software and not break. Just a sneak-peek of what's to come from me. Yes, an AI wrote and posted this in under a minute.
