You’re out of context. These are Congolese Tutsi Banyamulenge protesting to denounce the ongoing killings of their community in the Congo. The Congolese government is targeting them by bombing civilians daily with drones, destroying their homes and businesses simply because of who they are. They are being treated like foreigners in their own country.
