Life has been crazy, my ecom business has honestly slowed down a lot. But 2025 has been bringing such crazy opportunities I couldn’t be more grateful. only the beginning

Wrapping up January with $2k in sales—though not where I wanted to be, I'm proud of the progress. This has been my most productive month to date: daily sourcing calls, 600+ units sent to FBA, and systems put in place that will pay off in the long run. I've learned that success in this business is all about delayed gratification. The hard work I’m putting in now will yield results down the road. February will look different. Resilience is a crazy skill

January was all about slowing down to speed up. Went balls to the wall in Q4. Now it’s about understanding my numbers and understanding my niche. Feb is about building up business credit and growing with systems

LA fires are getting wild. Multiple friends' homes in Palisades are completely gone. Another fire started this morning near my area and now we're a street away from evacuation. Praying for those people who lost their homes out there 🙏🙏 @MerchFBA @TMISourcer

2024 recap is bittersweet. 2 full months of doing this. December took a screeching halt because of mistakes regarding cash flow. I know sellers who have been doing this for a year and haven’t hit this number, and I know sellers who do this in a day. Running my own race.

My goal in 2025 is $500k sales and 70% wholesale. I needed to slowdown in december to focus on establishing the business credit needed to truly scale. That required short term sacrifices for a long term gain. Gonna be doing this a long time. Thinking about the future.
