Bitbank has issued an official warning: using services like @Polymarket (prediction markets) to bet on elections, sports, and other events may be considered a form of gambling in Japan
The exchange stated that if it detects transfers linked to such platforms, a user’s account may face restrictions:

🔹️ even yen withdrawals
And most importantly Bitbank pre‑emptively denies responsibility for any losses caused by such account blocks
