It's a graph you own, not a slug: — route by difficulty → fan out only when it's hard (don't pay panel price for "hi") — swap the judge, pin providers — arbiter: tests_pass → for code, serve the patch that actually passes the tests — shadow / canary / audit → ship it like infra
